Brian Innes has kindly offered to take photographs of the flower arrangements displayed in our Sanctuary created by Hazel Hill and her team. The purpose of this page is for people to see the lovely displays if they can't manage to church.

February 2022
Over the last year, led by Rev Graham Blount, Sherbrooke Mosspark have been involved in climate justice.
We joined the Christian Aid Prayer Chain for Climate Justice.
We held two climate justice Sundays, we also hosted Glasgow Presbytery’s ‘Let Glasgow’s COP Flourish’ project.
In amongst all of this, we made prayer boats to be sent with 25,000 others to Christian Aid to offer prayers for climate justice, and we learned that little paper boats can hold the biggest hopes and prayers for the future.
• Those prayer boats were held in a larger boat for an art installation during COP and since then, the boat has been making a tour round the city.
We have been hosting the boat (pictured) for the last few weeks.
The frame, created out of recycled wood, a whiskey barrel and wooden lampstand, is painted Christian Aid red.
Local artist, Lorna Gallagher built two large boats in her studio and festooned them with paper prayers sent to Glasgow from churches throughout the UK.
